URI police officer to take plunge for Special Olympics


WHO: University of Rhode Island Patrolwoman Erica Vieira, members of police, fire and corrections personnel from around the state.


WHAT: The Torch Run Polar Plunge is a unique opportunity to support Special Olympics athletes by taking a plunge into the frigid waters of Easton’s Beach.
