Sen. Whitehouse to discuss climate change,
renewable energy with URI class, Mar. 3
Virtual presentation begins at 2 p.m.

WHO: Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, URI Assistant Professor Simona Trandafir and other faculty, and 32 undergraduate students in Trandafir’s class, Economics of Renewable Energy.

WHAT: Sen. Whitehouse will discuss the topics of climate change, coastal resilience and renewable energy. His presentation will be held virtually from his office in Washington, D.C.

WHEN: Wednesday, March 3, from 2 to 3:15 p.m.
