URI fraternity car show to donate proceeds to charity

WHO: Members of the University of Rhode Island’s Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity.


WHAT: The Pi Kappa Alpha car show, with more than 100 vehicle entries, welcomes all types of cars, trucks and motorcycles for a $5 entry fee as part of their philanthropy and community service efforts. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the American Cancer Society. The show will also feature awards based on quality of vehicle and best of show. To enter a vehicle or for information, email pikecarshow@gmail.com. Spectators are admitted free.
