KINGSTON, R.I., Oct. 17, 2016—A talk at the University of Rhode Island Wednesday, Oct. 19 by Maria Elena Castellanos Gonzalez, a Cuban scientist and professor, has been cancelled.

Her visit as a Distinguished Visiting International Scholar from Oct. 16 to 21 on URI’s Kingston campus has also been cancelled.
