Lincoln expert to address URI forensic seminar April 15

WHAT: With the upcoming 146th anniversary of President Abraham Lincoln’s assassination and the 150th’ anniversary of the Civil War, Frank Williams’ lecture, “Lincoln Assassination in Law and Lore: An Examination of the Military Commission and Evidence,” will be a way to revisit history. Williams’ lecture is part of URI’s Forensic Science Seminar Series, which is free and open to the public.
