WHO: University of Rhode Island alumni Thomas J. Chisholm ’68, CEO of Chisholm Ventures and T. Brett Chisholm ’94, CEO of NeuraFlash will speak about the entrepreneurial opportunities with information technology and business. Father and son are co-founders and leaders of NeuraFlash, an innovative Salesforce.com consulting partner that uses artificial intelligence to provide intelligent, personalized and predictive capabilities to customers.

WHAT: URI’s annual innovation and entrepreneurship lecture with the Chisholms will feature an interview-discussion entitled “Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Bots, and the Evolution of Great Customer Service.” The talk will be moderated by College of Business Administration Professor Nancy Forster-Holt. Please note: the speakers will be available for interviews with members of the media.
